At Off-Season, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label over any old barcodes, and seal the box securely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
